Major responsibilities:

General

-Keep close contact to the related business Area

-Hold a close contact to the related sales persons

-Influence tender for new projects in favor of KSB

-Support the COP to rich the technical requirement, delivery and support them during the customer visit

-Provide the management with market information



Sales

-Evaluate inquiries and tender

-Select pumps and auxiliary equipment

-Prepare technical and commercial offer

-Work out the contract details

-Follow up on projects and support the business Areas (countries ) in getting the order

-Update the Export project list regularly



Orders received

-Hand over a technically and commercially clear contract and quotation file to COP

-Support COP in handling the order for the initial order stage

-Follow up on payments

-Prepare monthly order summary
