职位描述
Executive Assistant to Managing Director（Expatriate）/总经理助理
Main responsibilities:
1. Organize and coordinate business meetings and make meeting minutes, responsible for the meeting material arrangement or agenda preparation.
2. Cooperate with all Departments in the company, and track the relevant tasks finished orderly.
3. Follow up the routine jobs arranged by Managing Director, including telephone handling、tickets booking、car arrangement, etc.
4. Make the filing, and keep a record of all important documents, including but not limited to MD meeting minutes, MD resolutions, documents related to the customers and related contracts.
5. Assist Managing Director in all aspects of business operations activities.
6. Ready to accept a variety of instructions the MD instructed, and could finish the tasks in time.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, preferably majored in English, Technology Engineering or related terms. Overseas experience is preferred.
2. At least 3 years experience is required, working experience in related area in multi-national companies is a plus.
3. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
4. Excellent in Word, Excel and Power Point.
