Job Description/工作职责：

1. Receiving Material

• Expedite discrepancies upon request i.e. missing documentation and material
• Witness the Unloading of trucks
• Detailed checking of material received
• Matching material to packing slips and certification
• Matching packing slips to purchase orders
• Maintain Tagging and identification of material
• Preparing receiving reports
• Preparing Damage reports and quarantine damaged Material
• Investigating discrepancies
• Notifying end users of arrival of material
• Filing documents
• Posting of inventory receipts to computer data base
• Copying documents and distribution of documents to appropriate departments
• Maintaining up-to-date records of location of inventory
• Maintaining up-to-date up to date Data base of material received and issued on site

2. Housekeeping

• Organize Daily cleaning up
• Organize Consistent and periodic cleaning of shelves, racks, floors and bulk storage areas 4. Warehousing
• Organize Proper binning and palletizing of inventory
• Organize Repackaging of inventory
• Protecting inventory from - damage, corrosion, and deterioration -
• Maintaining inventory - i.e. rotation of shafts etc
• Organize Inspecting inventory and storage areas -
• Maintaining up-to-date records of location of inventory -
• Maintaining inventory labels

3. Distributing Material

• Check Packaging items or material are correct before hand over
• Arranging handover to subcontractors
• Preparing bills of lading and appropriate certification for handover to subcontractors
• Witness Loading trucks
• Forwarding documentation to appropriate department
• Maintain dada base on material issued

Deliver received materials to other contractors

Education Background/教育背景 技能要求

• 5+ years related working experience in chemical and petrochemical project site
• Good command of English, both oral and written
• Team player and good communication skills
• MS Office
• PIMS R3 Document Control (after received training)
