Job description:
Analog and digital IP characterization and parametric characterization- for complex SoCs. Responsible for characterization hardware development, developing characterization and silicon validation plans and executing them to meet schedule.
Skill-sets and Experience
? 2-12 years of experience in SoC/micro-controller post-silicon validation
? Sound understanding of analog and digital circuits
? Demonstrated ability to debug problems in silicon
? Knowledge of automation tools such as Labview and scripting is a requirement. Knowledge of HP93k or similar test platform for characterization is desirable
? Ability to work closely with design, product and test engineers in formulating IP validation plans.
? Experience in system-level validation is a plus point
Requirements for Product Engineer, Sr. Staff (USB):
? Lead bench char and compliance tasks for USB2.0/3.0; Work with Apps and Test engineers on correlation on ATE and validation environments
? Assume full ownership from design phase to production including char, debug, post silicon validation and qualification
? Interact closely with Test, Design, Packaging and Reliability Engineers; Manage device and package qualification, yield enhancement, TTR and RMA efforts; Mentor junior engineers
? Hands on experience on bench equipment including BERT, USB scopes is essential
? Any ATE experience is desirable
