职位描述
Job requirments:
· 5+ yrs experience in related field
· Target oriented and can work independently
· Strong sourcing experience
· Good Fashion sense, aggressive & outgoing
· Travel to Europe / China is needed
· Exposures to European Market preferable
· Hospitality to buyer from Europe needed
Key responsibilities:
· Monitor the entire process from proto-samples to bulk ordering
· Negotiate prices, capacity planning and production lead-time with suppliers.
· Assist the suppliers with product development according to new trends and fabrics.
· Train the suppliers according to the requirements of the brands.
· Know and understand the vision and strategy of the various Bestseller brands.
· Communicate the success criteria of Bestseller's systems and standards to suppliers.
· Create a good dialogue with buyers, designers and pattern makers in Denmark.
· Solve the daily challenges in co-operation with suppliers and Danish buyers.
· Offer a good service and support to suppliers and Danish buyers.
