岗位职责:
1. 给相关分公司提供故障诊断和纠正的技术信息。.
2. 执行技术调查，提交产品问题的报告。
3. 复审并处理索赔。
4. 与工厂的产品支持工程师沟通、交流碰到的问题，寻找解决方案。
5. 与地区分公司就产品问题、现场保修进行沟通与交流。
6. 有新型号车或部件交付时，提交库存零件建议清单。
7. 对产品支持的专有工具和设施提供建议清单。
8. 编辑、正确存档技术手册、技术文件和技术信息。

教育程度

1. 工程本科

工作经验

1.至少3年的重型设备维修保养的实际经验。

技能要求

1.驾照

2.熟悉计算机运用

其他能力

1.柴油发动机、液压系统和电系统的知识

2. 管理和监控技能。

3. 书写技术报告。
