We are a group of internationally minded luxury specialists committed to China. With deep knowledge and experience in the China market, we advise companies on their long term brand strategy, developing near term tactical planning for execution across communications, product, and retail touch points.

Job responsibilities include:
? Develop creative 3D environment design solutions to fulfill client marketing objectives in variety of venue applications including trade shows, special events, press events, permanent showrooms and executive receptions, inclusive digital interactive design.
? Integrate the design process on environmental design to create total marketing solutions. When appropriate, develop entertainment and/or theatrical applications for live presentations.
? Work effectively with the project team to develop design solutions that clearly meet the creative briefs and/or company objectives – as well as timelines and budgets.
? Drafting 3D perspectives for clients to visualize and understand
? Preparing relative technical drawings, calculate specifications for clients / authority submissions
? Team player with initiative; ability to work independently with minimal supervision and able to interact with team in all brainstorming meetings and input sessions.
? Communicate with internal and external recourses in the creative development and preparation of presentations.
? Insure deadlines are met and event quality to company standard
? Other related duties as reasonably assigned

The ideal candidates will have / be:
? Interested in luxury / lifestyle brands, media and communications
? College degree from accredited school. Major in Industrial Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Communications or related curriculum.
? Proficiency on concept sketching skills.
? Proficiency in program computer skills, etc. Photoshop, Auto Cad, 3D software and Microsoft.
? Broad based design experience in 3 dimensional or beyond and familiarity in three dimensional design including: Identity systems, product, interior and interactive media, environmental design etc.
? Proficiency in both Chinese and English languages is preferred.
? At least 3 years of experience at an in-house or agency studio.
? Good understanding of multi-channel communications including new media trends.
? Proactive self-starter with an analytical and creative mind.
? Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities and meet deadlines.
? Possess excellent creative ideas and the desire to push the boundaries of design ?
? Possess strong interpersonal skills; can express and present ideas ?
? Able to commit to working long hours/work beyond normal working hours if required to meet deadlines
