Responsibilities
Based in Blu Inc Media’s Shanghai office, the Account Manager/Executive is responsible for identifying and developing international real estate accounts for LP - Luxury Properties magazine, an industry- a leading bi-lingual luxury real estate magazine covering outstanding luxury residential properties and design both in China and worldwide.
Responsible for pitching international real estate accounts and new markets for LP magazine, primarily through telephone and email.
A key role to play in dealing with strategic accounts and exploring new untapped markets areas for the company.
Project Management of incoming international real estate ads for magazine and website including liaising with creative, editorial and digital teams.
Manage the workflow of both print and online ads for the magazine seamlessly
Effectively communicate with Editorial, Design, Digital and other relevant departments to ensure timely execution and delivery of client requests
Prepare and present detailed weekly sales reports to Management
Act as a media consultant representing LP magazine and other titles of Blu Inc Media to support clients’ campaigns for China and Asia Pacific region, including presenting creative ideas to enhance clients' ad campaigns
Requirements
? Strong communication skills; who is ability to relay convey messages and ideas clearly, and communicate confidently and succinctly across different levels, including potential clients from different countries and cultures.
? Native English speaker or outstanding command of English is essential. Conversational Chinese essential. Ability to speak one or more European languages a bonus, but not a requirement.
? Ability to multi-task, highly-organized and able to meet tight deadlines and sales targets.
? Self-starter, “can do” attitude, hardworking, proactive sales-motivated individual.
? Exceptional relationship management skills
? Knowledgeable of international real estate markets and trends, and willing to learn industry insights
? Not afraid of cold calling or rejection
? Candidates with some sales background preferred
