工作职责：
1、根据公司胜任力模型要求，负责公司培训体系的充实和完善
2、负责公司主管级以上员工日常培训的实施
3、培训项目的策划和执行
4、公司文化理念的传播和文化活动的组织
5、HR其他职能的支持工作

任职资格：
1、全日制大学本科以上学历，年龄35岁以下
2、大型知名公司五年以上人力资源管理经历，对培训、企业文化建设模块有专长者优先
3、优秀的学习能力
4、优秀的对内外沟通能力

其他要求：
1、具有较强的亲和力和主动沟通意识
2、能够承担较大工作压力
3、较强的创新能力
