岗位目标及工作权限Job targets & decision making
– Independent specification, plan, implementation and documentation of validation test plans based on internal and external (customer) requirements.
– Perform systems tests, diagnosis and deep analysis on new prototypes and defect systems.
– Strong compentence in the mechatronic aspects of the C-EPS system. Focus on integration, testing and analysis.
主要工作职责 Main Focus of Duties & Responsibilities
– Responsible for the validation of the C-EPS system. (passive and active status)
– Test procedure specification and experiment plan in development phase, based on customer requirements. Generate the test reports.
– Independent implementation of the test based on the available test benches.
– Perform test bench and in-vehicle experiments, software flashing, measurements and tests using the available software tools.
– Perform acoustic measurements and analysis.
– Perform the system integration in the vehicle and run steering feel tuning sessions with the customer.
– Assist the new development of test benchs/test environment if required.
– Plan for the test extent and necessary test sample quantities according to the testing needs.
– Set up the product validation plan with other related departments in behalf of C-EPS.

1、知识Knowledge
学历EducationBSc, Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
外语LanguageFluent English. German is an advantage.
计算机Computer skillFamiliar with office software tools. Engineering software usage desired.
2、经验Experience
汽车或相关行业经验Auto.Industry or related E.C-EPS product experience/knowledge is an advantage.
