Ensure fulfillment of Certification’s requirements by following Presta Processes and Procedures.
Ensure the right implementation of Procedures, for plant related departments will work according clear Presta standards.
Support on site for plant related departments on the implementation and optimization of Business Processes.
Main contact person for CQP of central quality in order to communicate changes on Business Processes or IT systems.
Ensure the right documentation of Procedures, Processes and Formularies.
主要工作职责 Main Focus of Duties & Responsibilities
Quality System Management
Project leader for our quality management system in plant (including Doc, Archive, Network Management, etc.)
Planning and conducting internal quality audits (system, manufacturing process and “D” part, product, process readiness)
Work together with CQP external audits (customer, 3rd party, corporate audit) in plant
Follow-up all nonconformity from the external and internal audits plant related
Coordinate the implement of all Corporate Documents (CDs)
Establish and maintain Quality Management System in plant
Follow up application of TS16949 & ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 Norms in plant
Q-tools, concepts and systems training for all new staff
Internal Q-reproting (Bi weekly, monthly, management meeting, etc.)
Q-report to central quality periodically, coordinating of setup Quality Objectives
Responsible for all procedure standardization
Report and documentation
Others
Temporary tasks which delegated by the direct supervisor
1、知识Knowledge
University degree
Good command in English
Be good at related office software (MS word, excel, powerpoint)
2、经验Experience
At least five years of experience in quality system management and ISO TS certification
