岗位目标及工作权限Job targets & decision making
'- Support the STA organization build up in China
--Monitor the company Quality through Excellence process and ensure supply base improvement in China
- Improve Information flow and reporting from STA activities between TK-Presta and TK China Locations
- Assure customer specifications at the supplier following Presta process and Procedures
- Ensure the Quality, Timing and Cost targets
-Provide prioritization and leadership to Commodity STA Engineers for corrective and preventive supplier actions.
-Prioritize STA competence and development by timely performance feed-back through the Performance Review Process and Coaching.
-Develop, coach and improve the capabilities and effectiveness of STA Engineers.
-Collect the data and monthly report the quality indicators
主要工作职责 Main Focus of Duties & Responsibilities
'- Ensure the product maturity level at the supplier
-Analyze the quality issues at the component during development phase and action plan follow up. (Nomination until serial release)
-Prioritize and support STA Engineers for timely corrective and preventive supplier actions.
-Support deployment of quality performance requirements, initiatives and training to global supply base.
-Provide leadership support and specific information to STA engineers
-Interface with Purchasing / CBU Managers to ensure consistent sourcing direction and consensus.
-Lead and manage Commodity STA Engineer resources to develop self-reliant suppliers
-Objective Setting, Performance Review and Competence Development for all STA performance review.
-Prioritize Site STA Engineer resources to support Flawless Launches by:
o APQP Status reporting
o Run @ Rate review
o Production Part Approval (PPAP) – PSW reporting
- Interface for Supplier Technical topics before development between Plant and HO Organization.
-Interface with HO Eschen to ensure the implementation in China of global STA standartized process.
- Interface with BU project leaders in China and Europe regarding component APQP and PPAP status

汽车或相关行业经验Auto.Industry or related E: At least five years of experience in supplier quality assistance in related commodity
管理经验Leadership: dept. supervisor/manager
项目管理经验Project leader experience: One or two project leading experience is preferred
项目参与经验Project member experience: Project experience is required
跨文化工作经验Interculture experience: At least five years working experience in JVs or foreign invested company
