职位描述

岗位目标及工作权限Job targets & decision making
Development and communication of the FMEA methodology.
Use standard FMEA to ensure internal and external know-how of latest technology.
Creation and maintenance of standard FMEA modules.
Support project teams in FMEA preparation.
Tool support APIS Software.
Be the main contact person to HO Eschen regarding FMEA topic.

主要工作职责 Main Focus of Duties & Responsibilities
Follow and ensure the right implementation of rules and training material for Presta-specific implementation of FMEA methodology.
Conduct internal training.
Development and maintenance of the modular base D-FMEA, incorporating lessons learned.
DFMEA Lessons learned and experiences sharing with HO Eschen.
Support and technical leadership of development teams in handling the basic FMEA.
Coordinating the worldwide use of the software tool "APIS".
Preparation / presentation of modular D-FMEA `s support for the standardization of processes, Centre for Lessons Learned by returning the 8D's in the FMEA's.
Promote the acceptance of the FMEA methodology in business.
The central point for building a knowledge management system using FMEA in Presta China.
Support Presta China plants in the elaboration and coaching of D-FMEA for Mechanical systems.
Coach Manufacturing in China in the realization of P-FMEA for Manufacturing systems.


任职能力及资格Required Competency & Qualification
1、知识Knowledge
学历EducationCompleted engineering degree in mechanical engineering or Mechantronic.
外语LanguageGood knowledge of English.
计算机Computer skillBe good at related office sofeware (MS word, excel, powerpoint).
2、经验Experience
汽车或相关行业经验Auto. Industry or related E.Several years of professional experience in the QM region in the automotive industry.
管理经验Leadership_ dept. supervisor/manager
项目管理经验Project leader experienceManagement experience in projects and workshops.
项目参与经验Project member experienceProject experience is required.
跨文化工作经验Interculture experienceWorking experience in JVs or foreign invested company is preferred.
