Description:
4 types of services
- Improve bench usage/process
- Make testing
- Make post processing of the test
- Make report data archiving after validation
A.Improve bench usage/process
-Perform the Bench vehicle tests
-Put in place the planning of usage of the cell for the different engine projects
- Put in place process for battery charging, engine cleaning, test cell maintenance
B.Perform the cold crank and recording for the projects
- Download the latest calibration
- Perform Inca recording of ECU parameters during the crank
- Make the engine warm up procedure
C.Make post processing of the test
- Analyse the crank/recrank with PSA post processing tools
- Propose calibration improvement highlights the problems (stability/undershoot, crank failure, etc.)
D.Make report/test date archiving after validation
- Valid/unvalid the test result (temperature/battery status, etc.)
- Archive valid test results in PSA database
Service required deliverable
- Test cell process improvement list
- Test cells std operating process mode (including car and battery handling, not only test cells)
- Test reports
- Crank calibration improvement proposal
- Planning of tests and maintenance for the different project
Requirements:
- Master degree in related discipline
- English Speaking
