Duties and Responsibilities:职责

1、接听和转接来电,记录信息并转告相关部门同事。

Answering and transfer incoming calls, recording messages and convey to the relevant colleagues.

2、接待客户，并引领他们找到相应的人员

Receiving visitors and directs them to the relevant colleague

3、分发接收快递及信件

Sorts and distributes incoming mails and courier packages

4、完成上级安排的其他行政工作

Other administration related tasks

Requirements: 职位要求

1、大专以上学历，一年相关工作经验；

College degree or above, one year related working experience.

2、良好的人际交往和沟通能力；

Good interpersonal and communication skills

3、良好的英语读写能力，熟悉电脑操作；

Fluency it both written & oral English, familiar with PC operation;

4、家住闵行者优先考虑

Preference will be given to applicant who resides in Minhang district
