职位描述
Position: Training Supervisor
BRANDS
Lancome, Biotherm, Shu Uemura, Kiehl’s, HR, YSL,PCI fragrance
Ferrari, Benetton, Iceberg, La perla, John Galliano fragrance ect.
Report to: Account Supervisor
Location: Base in Shanghai or Beijing
Role and responsibilities:
CLIENTS
Retailer in travel retail channel of China, such as CDFG, SUNRISE ect..
1. Promotional activities
? Organize and implement in-store promotions agreed upon with ASM and the stores (recruit promoters, set targets co-ordinate decoration and POS) and provide detailed reporting on execution and results.
2. Retail sales
? Set monthly or quarterly retail sales goals for all stores in China, according to sell-in plan.
? Implement yearly and seasonal launch plan in China and the promotional activities plan.
3. Beauty Advisors
? Lead and motivate the store’s BA team (generic).
? Train the generic BAs and develop their product knowledge and selling techniques.
? Collect info from BAs on competitors and customers and report.
4. Merchandising
? Improve the positioning of the L’oreal and PHA brands in each store (shelf space and location, promo displays, light boxes etc.), to maximize in-store brand exposure and positioning.
5. Inventory management
? Maintain adequate inventory levels in the stores of sellable stock, testers, promo items etc.
6. Reporting
? On monthly basis, report retail sales.
? Provide in depth monthly analysis of the markets and customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
? Fluency in English (written English is a must and Oral English is preferred).
? Bachelor degree holder.
? Exposure in cosmetic industry is preferred.
? Excellent negotiation and communication skills and good team worker.
? Proactive, self-motivated and detail-oriented.
? Able to work independently to drive the business.
? Can travel frequently.
? Better if based in Beijing.
