岗位要求：
1. 专科及以上学历，2年以上工作经验（一年以上网络推广、搜索引擎优化工作经验），有一定网络推广资源者优先；
2. 有较强的数据分析能力，跟踪并调整各种推广手段；善于尝试发现新的推广方法；
3. 根据公司发展战略，确定网络推广目标，制定网络推广方案；
4. 具备良好的策划能力和方案执行能力；
5. 掌握百度、google等搜索引擎的基本排名规律；并熟悉以上各类搜索引擎的优化,包括站内优化、站外优化及内外部链接优化等，熟悉SEO技巧；
6. 熟悉用户搜索习惯,有一定的网站优化技巧；
7. 思维敏捷，富有创新精神，具备团队合作精神，良好的沟通合作技巧和语言表达能力。

职位描述：
1. 制定网络推广营销计划；
2. 组织实施网络推广计划，利用各种互联网资源提高网站访问量、注册量及传播效果，且对推广效果负责；
3. 制定并组织实施公司网站及产品的SEO优化方案，优化网页；监控网站关键字，进行流量分析，有效提升公司网站及产品页面的pv值；
4. 根据公司业务发展要求，制定并实施SEM计划，合理支配每日的广告费用、访问量，并优选关键词完成既定的广告投放目标和效果；
5. 采用网络软文炒作、事件营销、网站内容推广、网站资源互换合作等多种方式开展网站对外合作；
6. 熟练掌握软文、交换链接、邮件推广、SNS推广、论坛、微博推广及其它特殊的推广方式；
7. 协助线下活动推广的实施。
