At Enlogic, we're seeking an experienced Field Application Engineer for our new Asia-Pacific sales region. In this technical customer service role, you manage relationships with Enlogic sales personnel, partners, and end users to provide pre and post sales technical support services. You will also network and interface with Technical Support personnel in other regions as well as the company R&D personnel to other senior management members to create consistent policy and assist in resolving customer technical issues globally. Over time, you will be responsible to grow, train, and manage the technical support team as needed to provide excellent customer support.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Build and manage the regional pre and post sales technical support team to provide primary technical product support toEnlogic sales personnel, strategic partners and end user customers ofEnlogic hardware and software products within the Asia-Pacific region

2. Manage multiple priorities and provide frequent updates as required to maintain high quality support with key stakeholders.

3. Act as champion for customer issues; provide all support and seek assistance when necessary to troubleshoot and resolve these issues to high customer satisfaction in a timely manner.

4. Support pre-sales activities in the region by providing timely support to internal sales teams and partners when necessary. Become internal expert on product use, application, and integration with other management systems to act as the local product subject matter expert.

5. Provide secondary backup support services to other global regions as necessary

6. Work with Technical Support personnel in other regions to establish consistent global policy and procedure

7. Deliver technical product training to sales personnel and strategic partners as necessary

8. Initially will manage all inbound tech support inquires (phone and email); will hire, train, and manage technical support team as necessary to support the entire Asia-Pacific Region

Requirements:

1.Engineering and or Computer Science/Networkingtechnical degree

2.Must be fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

3.5+ years in Technical or Engineering Role

4.3+ years in Technical Support or Customer Service Role

5.Experience in managing people in previous role

6.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
