JOB PERPOSE:
To support business opportunities through organizational and follow-up activities to ensure regular and up-to-date communication both internally and with the customer.
To be the initial contact point for basic questions to assist Shanghai office team in carrying out daily role by performing administrative functions.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Receive incoming calls and transfer to right person and department;
2. Guest or Visitor’s reception with appropriate arrangement and services manner.
3. Record, receive, distribute couriers and mails.
4. Book air tickets and hotels.
5. Maintain office facilities and order office supplies.
6. Make sure all services of meeting room are well maintained.
7. General administration support to office operation.
8. Admin work for Country Manager- translation and Agenda management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1.College above with major of business administration, or English is needed. Undergraduate with good background is acceptable.
2.Minimum of 2 years of experience in receptionist or office administration in foreign company, familiar with providing standard service.
3．Good English and Mandarin communication skills and understanding.
4．Basic computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point.
5．Good capability of problem solving and coordination skills.
6．Hard working, honest and as a good team player.
