Report to: Construction Manager, Asia Pacific HQ Hong Kong.
Office venue: Shanghai

Job Responsibility:
1.Responsible for China Geox shop construction and renovation projects, ensure the interior design of stores meets the criteria of functionality, aesthetics, corporate image and is in compliance with safety regulations.
2.Instruct suppliers and contractors on execution guideline and specifications, develop scale drawings for the furniture production and construction of the interior, e.g., Plasterboards plan, Furniture plan, Lighting plan, Flooring plan, Elevations/Sections plan etc.
3.In charge of material cost and labor cost control, manage project timetable as well as implementation progress in a timely manner.

Job Requirement:
1．Degree in construction, architecture, design or other related subjects
2．Minimum of five years experiences in design and project management, at least three years in managerial position
3．Proficient in Microsoft Office software, Autodesk, AutoCAD(2D) is a must. Familiar with Photoshop and Sketchup will be highly appreciated.
4．Proficient in English and Mandarin
5．Frequent travel is required
6．Immediate available is appreciated
