Job Objective:
The objective of this role is to support the Merchandising Manager to maximize commercial opportunities though the effective management of inventory, driving sales through improved availability, reducing mark down and maximizing profit.

Main Responsibilities:
-Provide daily and weekly key performance indicators (sales, stock, mark down etc);
-Work with Merchandising Manager to control inventory levels, allocations and replenishment to stores (DOS and Outlets);
-Provide analysis and summary of Markdown and Promotional activities ;
-Key contact for stores on inventory availability queries;
-Partner with Merchandising Manager to create seasonal buying strategies;
-Provide historical analysis to develop Seasonal Planning Forecast;
-Support Merchandising Manager in preparing and conducting merchandising training for shop staff;
-Conduct detailed ad hoc analysis when required on specific products/stores;

Job requirements:
1. 1-3 years relevant working experience, bachelor degree or above;
2．Good written and oral English, good ability in learning;
3．Strong communication skills, good team work spirit, able to work under pressure;
4．Good judgment and decision making skills;
5. Exceptionally organized, methodical and efficient.
