Job Description:

- Develop brand online marketing strategy and tactics to increase online brand awareness, and to maximize online sales.

-The responsibilities include the development of all E-Commerce websites, E-commerce sales and promotion supporting, data analysis and insight gauging.

Main Responsibility:

1. e-Commerce Business Development
a)Develop e-Commerce business model including website design, mechanics, logistics, marketing, sales, delivery and after-sale customer services.

b) coordinate E-Commerce promotion calendar with sales team and merchandising team, use various promotion matrix to leverage brand equity and sales outcome
c) Work closely with marketing team and agency to allocate /maximize the use of resources and to ensure effective support of E-commerce sales and promo

d) Coordinate with IT team for trade data uploading, and variety report and analysis to support e-commerce decision making

e) team coach and talent development

Job Requirement:

1. University graduate or above in relevant major
2.Minimum 5 years experience in digital/ online marketing and/or CRM, preferable in e-retailer
3. Proven e-Marketing initiative and experience with successful campaigns
4.Strong knowledge in e-Commerce, online Marketing

5.English Speaking is preferred
