1、熟悉机械的加工工艺及结构，熟悉机械加工图，可以根据图纸要求，设计产品工艺路线，并细化工艺；

2、熟悉软件编程，调试及修改，确保软件可以正常运行；

3、能按照加工要求，出具合理的产品加工程序并与操作人员密切合作；

4、能熟练选择、使用刀具，进行产品加工；

5、有长期编程工作经验， 熟练操作Fanuc，Siemens系统及musten CAM程序；

6、熟练操作卧式加工中心及数控车床，并有丰富的经验；

7、有阀门零部件加工经验者优先；

8、有责任心，积极进取的工作态度及良好的团队合作精神。
