Responsibilities:

Orginize maitenance resource, define PM content and monitor the maintenance actions are fully implemented Participan equipment problem solving and repairement
Tracking the trend of utilization, lead the analysis on top downtimes to increase the OEE, define and implement countermeasures
Improve machine capacity
Manage equipment spare part
Participant the analysis on internal defect cost, internal or external complaint and define equipment improvement countermeasures to reduce internal failure cost and quality risk
Implement maintenance training to related staff
Participant new project, provide or introduce new technology support

Requirements:

Univerity degree or above in Electrical engineering, Mechanical and Electrical engineering, Automation engineering etc.
More than 5 years working experience on machine repairement and maintenance or electrical design
Knowledge on PC operation including MS office
PLC programing skill
English or German which can read and oral speak
