Overall Purpose of Job岗位目的:
Responsible for the production parts purchasing and supplier delivery management.

? Carry Out ABC class analysis for all active parts , and review with planners - Ideal Planned Inventory to Actual Inventory Variance on weekly basis . Necessary corrective actions roll out and follow up on all items where in stocks various high .
? 对所有在用物料进行ABC分析,并每周同计划员讨论- 理想的计划库存和实际的差异。采取必要的改正措施并跟踪库存过高的零件。
? Ensure Shortage Analysis is performed by Material Planning Team- Planners on routine timely manner, in order to ascertain control on material availability in Plant .
? 确保物料计划队伍进行缺料分析。计划员常规定期进行这项工作以确保对工厂物料的控制。
? Review Shortage Analysis and ensure PC&L feedbacks upcoming shortages to related functions for better transparency and team action .
? 讨论物料短缺分析确保物料部把即将发生的缺料告知有关部门以达到透明度和采取团队行动。
? Review reasons of shortages with Material Planning Team for better corrective action.
? 同物料计划队伍讨论缺料的原因以更好地采取行动。
? Review pipeline inventory for coming 4-8 weeks on weekly basis with Material Planners for all active raw material parts, this is to proactively ensure required material availability.
? 每周同计划员讨论未来4 – 8周的管道库存,这是为了主动地保证供应。
? Implement PLAN FOR EVERY PART - PFEP & Updation of Item Planning Parameters –
? 实施每个零件计划成本- PFEP 并更新计划参数
? Review with planners effective implementation of PFEP by measuring Inventory held up in all steps of Value Stream like – Raw Material in consolidation center , Raw material on SEA , Raw material on Customs / Port , Raw Material in Receiving Warehouse , Raw Material in Bulk Storage Warehouse , Raw Material in WIP .
? 同计划员讨论PFEP的有效实施。通过衡量在价值链各个阶段的库存,比如拼货中心的原料,海上的原料,海关港口的原料,仓库收货中的原料,大量存储仓库的原料,WIP的原料。
? Review and Update Item Planning Parameters in ERP . All records of Item Planning parameters needs to be approved by Material Planning Supervisor OR PC&L Manager before Updation in ERP
? 查看和更新ERP中的计划参数。所有计划参数须由物料计划主管或物料经理在ERP更新之前批准。
? Coordinate Smooth ECN Implementation
? 协调顺利的ECN实施
? Participate in ECN meetings

? Ensure no Obsolescence because of ECN Implementation
? 保证没有因ECN实施而产生呆滞物料。
? Ensure all Planning parameters of new parts exist in ERP for successful MRP
? 确保所有新零件计划参数在ERP中存在以利于成功的MRP
? Control and Monitor Excess and Obsolete
? 控制和监控过多和呆滞料
? Review Analysis “ Aging of Raw Material and Finished Goods “ on monthly basis with PC&L Manager AND generate E&O Aging report on at least monthly basis. E&O definitions be used as per Global guidelines.
? 每月同物料经理查看原料和成品老化报告分析并且每月产生E&O报告。E&O定义根据全球规则
? Coordinate with each planner to ensure planner understands E&O reduction and elimination to facilitate Waste Elimination.
? 同每个计划员确保计划员理解 E&O的减少和消除浪费。
? Work with cross function and Regional teams to dispose of E&O material .

? Logistics Cost Reduction

? Decide mode of transportation for each part through PFEP .

? Ensure Forwarder’s to ship Air shipments only after prior approved PFA received by them.

? Review each, Premium Freight before approving AND laying down corrective action in order to prevent Premium freight. At least monthly Review of all Premium cases with PC&L Manager and Planners with relevant corrective actions.

Key Competencies任职要求:
? Familiar with economic laws and regulations, the knowledge of foreign trade and customs declaration. Understanding the import parts procurement, logistics process.
? 熟悉国家有关经济法规及外贸、报关知识;掌握进口零件的采购、物流程序。
Understand the impacts of relevant materials to the environment and safety, familiar with the product structure and process, the knowledge of material performance and product quality.
? 了解相关材料对环境/安全的影响,熟悉产品结构及工艺流程、材料性能及产品质量知识。
? Familiar with the management program of manufacturing industry

Education and Experience教育及经验要求:
Educational教育:
? College degree or above, major in logistic management or related filed

Have 5 years experience on logistic in manufacturing industry, 3 years or above on management
