Position/Job Description:

The successful candidate will report to the R&D Laboratory Manager and will support the introduction of new product platforms or significant product improvements into the Assembly Division or OEM suppliers and support the current product range. This will necessitate detailed communication with the relevant design authority and the other related functions.

The main responsibilities of the role include.

• Reliability Testing
• Performance Testing
• Component Qualification

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related filed.

Familiar with planning and implementation of testing and verification of petrol engine

(2 cycle engine) products.

Some knowledge on mechanical design with drawing ability for creation of testing fixture/rigs is a plus

More than 5 years Lab experience in Outdoor Power Tools (chainsaw, trimmer, hedge trimmer) , and good understanding of ISO standard and test method,
