TZG Partners (www.tzgpartners.com) is offering an exciting leadership opportunity in our new E-commerce company hua.li with the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and take on responsibility.
Your responsibilities:
- Work with the CEO in successfully building up relationships and partnering with high-end international luxury brands
- Build up and manage relationships with various luxury brands spanning across multiple industries
- Manage contacts and brand acquisition pipeline – first contact, meetings, followups
- Identify best practices in contacting firms, creating interest and building a long-term, successful business partnership
- Supervise / manage accounts and relationships in order to maintain partner satisfaction while growing the business
- Continuously track and monitor accounts & report results in the appropriate database
- Keep competitive overview up-to-date and develop new sales approaches and opportunities as business expands
Your skills:
- Undergraduate / Graduate degrees from international tier 1 to tier 2 schools
- Relevant work / internship experience in Business Development / Key Account Management / B2B Sales, ideally in the luxury goods industry
- Personal network in the industry will be very beneficial
- High passion to work in the luxury products industry
- Very strong communication skills – able to convince people at first impression while building long-term relationships
- Highly empathic, enjoys working with people and managing partnerships and teams
- Very well organized and structured; able to implement rigorous tracking and reporting
- Highly motivated, flexible and ethical
- Fluent in English
- Conversational in Chinese a plus
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Familiar with China's social media landscape
