岗位要求：

1. 本科以上学历，对外汉语专业、中文专业、教育师范类专业优先考虑；

Bachelor degree or higher. Major in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language, Chinese Literature, Education a plus;

2. 在国际学校、国际部、本地中小学或语言机构，有教授语文或对外汉语课程的经验。有国际学校经验者优先考虑。有小学教学经验者优先考虑；

Experience in teaching Chinese as a foreign language and/or as a first language in international schools, international divisions, or local schools, or language institutions. Experience with international schools or primary students a plus;

3. 熟悉对外汉语教学特点,并能根据学生年龄特点及语言程度采用适合的教学方法；

Familiar with the pedagogy of teaching Chinese as a foreign and/or as a native language. Able to adapt teaching methods to meet the various needs of different age groups and Mandarin levels;

4. 英语交流能力强，能独立应对英语授课及英语交流的工作环境；

Confident in communicating in English to cope with an English-speaking working environment;

5. 有相关教学专业资格证书，有对外汉语教学资格证书者优先考虑；

A teaching qualification in Chinese or related areas;

6. 熟悉电子白板的使用及相关课件开发者优先考虑。

Experience with interactive white boards a plus.

工作职责：

1. 教授5至14岁中小学生中文作为外语或母语课程；

Teach Chinese as a foreign language and/or as a native language to students aging from 5-14;

2. 参与各类中文课程的修订及备课；

Participate in curriculum development and the planning for various Chinese courses;

3. 参与开发课件及各类教学资源；

Participate in the development of various teaching resources, including interactive white board courseware;

4. 采用多样的形式对学生的学习进行评估，并通过评估促进学习；

Conduct assessment for pupil progress with a variety of methods;

5. 开设课外活动班或参与辅导学生课外活动；

Deliver or supervise extra-curricular activities;

6. 参与学校各项教育教学活动等。

Approved by the Ministry of Education and Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, Britannica International School Shanghai is accommodated in a newly refurbished custom-built school.
