岗位要求：

1. 本科以上学历，英语专业、行政管理类专业等优先考虑；
Bachelor degree or higher. Major in English, Administration is a plus;

2. 两年以上教育行业助理，行政工作经验者优先考虑；

Two years or more relevant experience in education is a plus;

3. 良好的双语沟通技巧,能独立应对英语交流的工作环境；

Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English; be able to cope with an English-speaking working environment;

4. 具有较好的协调能力，合作共事能力；
Excellent organisational skills and good interpersonal skills;

工作职责：

1.负责学校对内对外接待并进行良好的沟通；
Acting as the first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organisation；

2.负责处理日常接待及信件沟通，按需进行回复和转发工作；

Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence from the as well as taking dictation and write business letters under the direction of the Principal；

3.按需负责会议记录并作好完整信息记录

Taking notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;

4.负责校长日常的行程和预约管理。

Organising and maintaining the Principal's diary and making appointments.
