？ Essential Functions基本职能
1. Responsible for development and implementation of EHS and Quality policies and procedures as needed to comply with the customers’ requirements and policies of government;
负责制定和实施安全和质量政策和程序，需要遵守的客户需求和政府政策；
2. Monitors Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Regulations, provide interpretations, develop plans, and compliance tools as needed to comply with the customers’ requirements and policy of government;
关注环境，健康和安全法规，以顺应客户的需求与政府政策；
3. Provides counsel, advice and support to other functions on all safety, health and environmental and related matters;
在安全、健康与环境方面给予其他部门建议与支持；
4. Develops and maintains EHS training program for all the employees;
建立并维持安全培训制度；
5. Work with operation teams to achieve project goals and improve customer satisfaction;
与运作团队一同协作达到项目目标与提高客户满意度；
6. Ensure excellent working relationships with the client and operation teams.
与客户及运作团队保存良好的工作关系；
7. Establish and implement and maintain quality system in N. Asia.

？ Scope and Accountability权限范围和责任

？ Qualification Requirements任职资格
1. Bachelor degree and above in Industrial Engineering or other related majors;
大学本科学历，工业工程或其它相关专业；
2. At least 5years working experience in manufacturing or chemical industry as related role;
至少5年制造业或化工相关工作经历；
3. Strong knowledge in EHS and Quality management field;
熟悉安全、质量管理领域；
4. Good customer service awareness;
良好的客户服务意识；
5. Hard working, high responsibility and cooperative team working;
工作努力，有高度的责任心和团队合作精神；
6. Fluent English written and spoken skills;
英语说写熟练
