Main Responsibilities:

* Deliver more proactive/preventive systems management than reactive support service for KSO Shanghai. Help to prevent major system incidents.
* Manage 3rd party managed service & support providers to deliver good support service. Coordinate with vendors and solution providers in infrastructure projects.
* Handle application test and UAT on new development.
* Provide application support, assist and educate users on how to effectively and correctly utilize existing reporting resources and function available in enterprise applications
* Supervise and assist desktop support in order to deliver good customer service.
* Occasionally work over-time according to IT support schedules.
* Assist in the setup of global standards and the enforcement of these standards.

* Experience in trading and sourcing industry.
* Quick to learn application functions and processes in enterprise applications.
* Good vendor management experience.
* Able to work independently and with a focus on SLA and project deadline.
