外贸单证专员
岗位描述:
协助财务完成公司出口退税网上申报，审核，审批整个的操作流程中报关单证，合同，出口货物统一销售发票等退税凭证的准备，整理，归档工作。
负责公司进料加工手册的手册申办，录入，审核，手册下免税原材料的进口以及最后加工手册核销整个的操作流程。
负责公司进口原材料和出口货物的海关，商检相关等部门的查验工作以及商检报检工作。
岗位要求：
大专以上学历，国际经济与贸易相关专业毕业。
能够独立操作外贸企业出口退税和进料加工手册整个流程。
3年以上服装类产品出口报检相关工作经验。
持有国家统一的报检员资格证优先。
熟练操作办公自动化软件，尤其是EXCEL电子表格的操作。
International Trading Specialist
Job Description:
- Assist the general ledger accountant to prepare and archive all required documents including customs clearance related paper, contract, exportation sales invoice and etc. during the whole process of VAT Refund declaration, authorization and confirmation.
- Independently responsible for the application, imputation, approval, importation of raw materials and final settlement related to CHINA CUSTOMS Processing BONDED HANDBOOK
- Independently responsible for all related commodities inspection tasks concerning company’s imported raw material and exportation of final goods.
Job Requirement:
College degree or above, International business and trade related major
Capable of handle independently the whole process of VAT Refund and CHINA CUSTOMS Processing BONDED HANDBOOK
Minimum 3 years experience in garment exportation industry.
Candidates possessing certificate to practice for commodities inspection are preferred.
Proficiency in office software, strong skills are required for EXCEL.
