Responsibility:

- Collection of customer/dealer needs on engine products with good matching of customer’s vehicle/equipments.
- Products presentation, suggestion on engine choice and organize relevant technical documents before visiting customer.
- Provide technical support to customer during product designing.
- Coordinate with PE team to give full support to sales projects.
- Customer and dealer training on all product segments.
- Chinese market product analysis, to have a good understands of market needs.
- Competitor study on product range, application field, target customer and market share etc.
- Assist on product promotion activities such as exhibition, seminars or customer meeting.
- Maintain product documents and tools, such as brochures, technical documents etc.
- Keep products updated in line with Italy.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

- Experienced knowledge (theoretical and practical ) of engines
- Experienced in technical supporting for customer & sales team
- Strong computer compiling skills and product management knowledge
- Fluent English in listening, speaking and writing
- Good personnel characteristics and team player


Employment Criteria / Requirements:

- University degree
- 3 years experience in industrial pre-sales support experience or technical related experience.
