Resposibility:

- Defining, for APAC region, comprehensive sets of product and customer requirements for each business area (On-road, Off-road, Marine, Power Generation)
- Maintaining and spreading, both APAC and HQ, the know-how of the Sector in terms of Product and Competitors
- Support the preparation, development and approval of the CAR, GPC and PR documents
- Spreading the knowledge of marketing tools, HQ developed, (i.e. PoST) to support FPT China organization in order to improve quality and service level for the Customer
- Defining action plans to increase Customer satisfaction and exploring new market and applications opportunities.
- Supporting APAC in terms of launch of new engines and sales development

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
- Familiar with Chinese engine, automotive, or construction equipment markets
- Solid product understanding and analysis experience
- Team player in an international environment
- Good in MS office, especially excel and PPT
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly flexible and able to work well under pressure
- Observes ethics and integrity
- Well organized, Self-motivated, Open-minded
- Native Chinese. Excellent English skills

FPT Industrial is the company of CNH Industrial Group dedicated to the development, production and sale of powertrains for On-Road, Off-Road, Marine and Power Generation applications.
