岗位描述：

1、负责大区内销售策划及市场推广工作，协助销售完成既定指标。
2、协同大区销售经理规划区域整体销售市场发展策略，制定业务目标发展目标；
3、根据区域市场特性以及品牌发展策略，合理制定区域内行销计划，监督执行及反馈；
4、按照全国行销及品牌发展方案，制定区域活动计划，执行及反馈；
5、定期对区域内销售数据以及市场表现进行分析与总结；
6、参与管理经销商以及零售重点客户：贸易条款/价格体系/费用统计等；
7、合理分配资源以及市场费用，管理并追踪费用使用的情况；
8、观察竞品动向，以及行业发展趋势。
9、制定不同渠道的执行标准并落实执行。

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，市场营销专业或以上；
2、销售工作3年以上经验，有2年以上渠道拓展、渠道网络管理、渠道经销商培训等方面的经验；
3、具有较强的组织、计划、协调、人际交往能力和沟通技巧；
4、善于制定渠道策略，拓展渠道网络，有能力进行高效工作；
5、有母婴行业工作经验者优先，对本行业的销售渠道、区域特点有深刻的理解；
6、具有较强的规划能力和分析能力，具有良好的团队建设能力与敬业精神。
7、英语听写说能力强，并熟悉计算机操作。
