We are currently operating in 16 different languages in over 30 countries. To support the dynamic growth of the business, Motion Global is aggressively expanding its E-Marketing Institute.

The Motion Global Shanghai office is seeking a native Turkish speaking candidate with strong interest in gaining comprehensive e-marketing experience, as well as passion to assist in expanding our market presence in Turkey. We are looking for highly driven individuals, who seek challenging role and chance to work in a fast-paced international environment, to join our aggressive and dedicated E-Marketing Team.

The focus for this trainee program will be on online marketing and as the primary point of contact for the websites, you will be conducting market research as well as developing an action plan for our marketing campaigns including content writing, SEO and SEM (CPC/CPA) activities, affiliate marketing, comparison shopping, and all other on-page and off-page online marketing activities.

Tasks & Responsibilities
? You will directly report to the marketing manager on a daily basis on tasks and updates.
? You will work to improve and localize web content for the Turkish market
? You will be responsible for e-market research, market planning, strategy implementation, reporting and feedback analysis for various activities and channels. This also includes translation and content writing.
? You will become an expert in developing Search Engine Optimization (“SEO”) and driving revenue across all online marketing channels, developing strategic partnerships and building/enhancing relationships with many online partners.

Skills & Requirements
? Native Turkish Speaker
? Fluency in English and/or other languages preferred
? Basic understanding of SEO, online Marketing, on-page and off-page online marketing. Prior experience is a plus.
? Strong research and analytical skills
? Ability to work independently and a positive “can do” attitude
? Ability to self-prioritize work streams and ability to meet tight deadlines
? Computer literate with an excellent understanding of MS Office and CMS
? Highly self-motivated
? Strong Online Market knowledge
