We are seeking for a Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, servicing and developing our Spanish customer base.
The candidate will have the following competencies
- Proficient Spanish Language Skills
- Excellent people skills
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- Attention to detail and be able to work under pressure
- Lateral thinker and self starter with mature & balanced reasoning
- Positive attitude with a genuine desire for career progression
- Excellent time management & documentation skills
- Work well in a team environment
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
