MOTION GLOBAL E-MARKETING TRAINEE PROGRAM – LEARN FROM THE BEST!

The Motion Global Shanghai office is seeking a native Dutch candidate with strong interest in gaining comprehensive e-marketing experience, as well as passion to assist in expanding our market presence in Dutch speaking countries. We are looking for highly driven individuals seeking challenging role in a fast-paced international environment, to join our aggressive and dedicated E-Marketing Team.

The focus for this trainee program will be on online marketing and as the primary point of contact for the websites, you will be conducting market research as well as developing an action plan for our marketing campaigns including translations, content writing, SEO and SEM (CPC/CPA) activities, affiliate marketing, comparison shopping, and all other on-page and off-page online marketing activities. At Motion Global, each candidate will receive extensive training across all these activities from our in-house E-Marketing experts.

E-Marketing Opportunity – 6-12 months Trainee Program: All successful trainees will have the opportunity to receive a full-time job offer after showing continuous strong performance.

Tasks & Responsibilities
? You will directly report to the marketing manager on a daily basis on tasks and updates.
? You will work to improve and localize web content for the English speaking markets
? You will be responsible for e-market research, market planning, strategy implementation, reporting and feedback analysis for various activities and channels. This also includes translation and content writing.
? You will become an expert in developing Search Engine Optimization (“SEO”) and driving revenue across all online marketing channels, developing strategic partnerships and building/enhancing relationships with many online partners.

Skills & Requirements
? Native Dutch speaker
? Fluency in other language is preferred
? Basic understanding of SEO, online Marketing, on-page and off-page online marketing. Prior experience is a plus.
? Strong research and analytical skills
? Ability to work independently and a positive “can do” attitude
? Ability to self-prioritize work streams and ability to meet tight deadlines
? Computer literate with an excellent understanding of MS Office and CMS
? Highly self-motivated
? Strong Dutch Online Market knowledge
