The Motion Global Shanghai office is seeking an Optical Dispenser with strong background with eye check and lens making process. Familiar with eyewear market and industry.


岗位职责:
1、负责企业内部员工产品知识，视光学专业知识以及焦度仪使用的培训。
2、做好培训记录，并能针对培训及日常销售中反馈的问题做出及时调整解决。
3、负责编写培训教材并配合客服经理安排培训。
4. 检查网站镜片订购流程，修改并完善流程。
5. 其他有关配镜方面的任务。
6. 每周2-3 次，每次2个小时左右。


职位要求：
1、熟悉验光、配镜等操作流程
2、对镜片，镜框，验光、配镜等仪器有一定程度了解
3、眼镜行业1年以上工作经验；
4、熟悉眼镜市场及眼镜行业；
5. 持有中级或中级以上验光资质证书
6.语言：广东话，普通话， 会英语者优先


Job Description
1. Responsible for training staff in eyewear and optical knowledge.
2. Completes the training records. Make training plan and adjustment according to customer’s feedback and issues in daily operation.
3. Responsible for training document and work with management to plan training
4. Go through the lens order process on website, provide feedback and help to improve the process. Help to improve RX daily checking procedure.
5. Some other tasks related to RX business
6. Time required: 2 or 3 times every week, 2 hours each time.


Job Requirement
1. Familiar with eye check and lens making process.
2. Familiar with eyewear market and industry
3. Have enough knowledge of using eye check, lens check instruments
4. More than 1 year working experience in related market or store
5. Intermediate optometrist certificate or above
6. Language: Mandarin, Cantonese, English preferred.
