Intermediate/Senior Tester

LOCATION: SHANGHAI, CHINA TYPE: FULL-TIME

DUTIES STATEMENT
This position is report to the Head of QA.
Contributing to improve the efficiency and quality of IT department’s project development through function and coding testing, in accordance with the company’s development strategy. Assist IT department and particularly other department in the whole enterprise to meet their business objectives by undertaking a range of duties, including, but not limited to, the following:
? Create and maintain test strategy and detailed process.
? Create and maintain test plan/test case under functional specification and involved in the software quality assurance if it is required.
? Executing the test case in schedule, and be responsible to track all the bugs/defects into JIRA, and produce the test report.
? Be responsible to write the clearly replication steps for bugs/defects, take screen shot, video reordering if required.
? Plan/design the test case under functional specification and involved in the software quality assurance if it is required.
? Strong communication skills with team leaders if there was an issue on executing test case.
? Be responsible to do the black box testing and be able to do white box testing. Self-learning testing methodology and white box testing if needed.
? Provide enough support for the team leader on the management works if leader required, and willing to be key person in the team.
? Must record all the development work into I.T. ticket system.
? Execute in other tasks assigned by QA Team Leader.
? Keep monitoring the websites situation and find the solution for the problems.


Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, Major in computer since or related.
2. Over 3 years working experience of software testing
3. Be familiar with software test methodology and methods, good at writing test related documents like test plan, test case, test report etc.
4. Strong ability of understanding and analyzing software requirement
5. Be familiar with popular testing tools like QTP, LR, Selenium etc. and has some knowledge of automatic test.
6. Be familiar with database: Mysql
7. Good at communication, and with strong responsibility in work
8. Capacity in good English reading, writing and oral
9. Experience in e-commerce and agile development is a plus
