职位描述

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Serve as liaison between headquarters and mills to ensure correct and timely flow of program information both ways.

2. Stay on top of new program production processes, including approval for lab dips, labels, insert, preproduction samples, testing etc to make sure mills ship on time, report to Product Development Director accordingly

3. Travel extensively to Mills to communicate to communicate expectations, track production status and address technical issues to ensure on time delivery.

4. Monitor order quantity and frequency to make sure mills do not have extra cost due to below MOQ.

4. Work with mills, headquarters purchase department and HHF Shipping coordinator to consolidate PO shipment.

5. Travel to Mills to collaborate with Product Development in the development of the products. 6. Other duties as required

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or equivalent

3 year merchandising experience, preferably in bedding industry.

Detail-oriented and excellent follow-up skills

Proactive and self-starter

Physical Demands:

Requires traveling and office work.
