About the Role
The Talent Management Project Manager/Consultant role is one of the most essential roles for our business. The role follows the entire project lifecycle of successfully rolling out our Lumesse software systems. This includes scoping a project, conducting workshops, configuration, training of the system and project management. The main goal is delivering the product on time, on budget, to a high specification and to the joint satisfaction of clients and colleagues and delivering best practice consultancy to the existing customer base.

Job Description
The Project Manager/Consultant is responsible for the successful implementation of the professional services offerings using the relevant business defined methodologies within large and Enterprise size organizations. They work on multiple projects (together with a consultant) at a time and are able to implement multiple products according to agreed timelines, budget and to customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

1. Sales
-Support the conclusion of sales deals by actively participating in pre-sales activities and services proposals
-Being commercially aware throughout project lifecycles to maximise up-selling opportunities.

2. Implementation
-Implement on time, to budget and to customer satisfaction new and existing customer projects according to the appropriate defined methodology and processes ensuring all documentation is in place for future reference
-Preparing and delivering client workshops and system trainings
-Manage customer issues through product and business process knowledge and consultancy
-Work with application development teams to ensure quality deliverables, following defined processes of working
-Manage internal/external team members during implementation

3. Team
-Share knowledge and lessons learned through quality project closure and handover where relevant
-Coach and support team members


Education/background

- >5 years relevant professional experience
- Proven strong project management skills, ideally within HR or Talent Management
- Professional Services, HR or technical industry experience an advantage
- Understanding of managing project budgets
- Experiences with or feeling for HR/Talent Management
- Knowledge of the SaaS-model would be an advantage
- Management experiences would be an advantage
- Fluently in both English and Mandarin (reading/writing/speaking)
- Based in Shanghai
