Main activities:
主要工作:
1. Bar Supervision:吧台的监管
? To set good example for the staff with regard to punctuality, attendance, attitude and hygiene.为员工做好表率,如守时、考勤、态度、个人卫生等。
? To liase with the outlet GM regarding recruitment needs, and to carry out interviews as required.如有要求参加一些商务会面,参考餐厅经理的需求招聘员工。
? To train new staff in methods and procedures.对新员工进行工作流程和方法的培训。
? To implement Grievance and Disciplinary procedures where necessary, and report all serious breaches of discipline to Operations Director and General Manager.在处理投诉和工作执行过程中,有严重违反工作纪律的可以直接向营运总监或公司总经理报告。
? To provide induction training for new staff, and complete Skills Checklists within their first month of employment.在员工工作第一个月,有义务引导,完成工作技能表和相应的培训。
? To assess training needs and provide relevant training.评估培训需求并提供相关培训。
? To hold regular departmental meetings.定期召开吧台部门会议
? To direct, control and organize the assistant bar manager and all staff within your direct span of control and to ensure that在你的职责工作范围内指导、控制和组织吧台副经理及所有员工,确保达到所要求的标准并继续保持。
? To advise staff of unavailability, composition of dishes, information relation to drinks, wines, etc., and any other relevant information in order to ensure the efficient operation of the Bar.建议员工间能互相分享饮料酒类等的制作信息,以确保吧台的高效运行。
2. Bar Productivity:吧台的生产力
? To carry out ordering of supplies as and when necessary.当需要时保持订货。
? To be informed and aware of all relevant legislation regarding service of liquor, the sale of tobacco, opening hours, etc.懂得相关法律,意识到所有服务的酒类能正常销售。
? To be responsible for ensuring that security procedures are adhered to throughout the restaurant.负责确保安全的工作程序在整个餐厅得以全面的实施。
? To communicate regularly and efficiently with Assistant Bar Manager and GM与餐厅经理和吧台副经理经常有效沟通。
? To constantly strive to improve the standards of hygiene and service throughout the bar.不断努力提高吧台标准和卫生服务标准
? To maintain and/or implement new efficient and effective work methods and systems.维护或执行新的有效的工作方法和系统
? To prepare and issue, according to bar practice, staff rotes which will provide adequate cover in the most effective manner. 根据吧台的实践,员工的排班表,准备一些问题找出最有效的方法。
3. Cost Control of Bar:吧台的成本控制
? To ensure all deliveries are checked in correctly and that all relevant delivery dockets/ invoices are correct.检查并确保所有的运输正确的渠道进货,收取正规发票。
? To ensure that all services delivered within the bar operation are being charged for correctly by确保所有的吧台正确合法的运行。
? To continually monitor three beverage stock items per week, and communicate any shortages to the General Manager.持续控制每星期的存货项目,向总经理汇报任何需申请的短缺物品
? To practice economy and to minimize any incorrect usage of any resources with particular attention given to achieving the beverage cost实践中,将那些任何不正确的经济最小话,以便饮料成本的控制。

? To satisfy all customer requirements by ensuring that the service is constantly maintained at a consistently high standard with particular focus on regular clientele in the Public Bar.满足所有客户的要求,确保不断地保持一贯的高标准服务,特别是对待普通顾客在公共场合
5. Bar hygiene:吧台卫生
? To practice high standards of personal hygiene at all times in terms of grooming and uniform.从个人卫生如仪容仪表、制服方面,高标准要求自己。
? To maintain the required standards of operational hygiene according to the cleaning rotes at all times.根据清洁排班表维护所要求的标准的操作卫生。
