职位描述
Detailed Responsibilities:
Day to day management of business development activities incl. regular & bonded warehouses, domestic trucking, customs clearance & related in Free Trade Zones and Bonded Logistics Parks and import/export trading agency
Business development & sales activity for potential clients, develop and maintain multiple sales channels incl. overseas network sales, A&S China commercial team sales & direct logistics business development efforts
Work closely with *** A&S commercial team and branches to promote logistics business in pan China scope.
Work on operation solutions, cost models and proposals and review & align with operation managers and final review with GM and get approval.
Actively involvements in the project implementation in early stage after business awarded to ensure the smooth handover to project implementation team and operation team.
Contract negotiation with clients and get approval from *** management.
Develop & execute yearly BD budgets to meet the company overall growth targets in terms of revenue and EBITA.
Motivate and coach BD team based on the yearly budgets and personal targets.
Key account management for some key clients, retention and development of new business from existing clients.
Closely monitor the domestic trucking market development trend and search for qualified trucking vendors.
Communications:
Internal - *** Air & Sea commercial team and all branches in China
External - Existing & new customers
Personal Qualifications & Characteristics:
·Min 8 years experience in contract logistics field, incl. min. 3 years in relevant senior management positions, proven success track record in business development
·Proven cross-cultural team management skills
·Specific experience in China domestic trucking is a plus
·Good communication skills, international mindset able to work with overseas clients & colleagues
·Energetic, self-managed & result-driven
·Extrovert personality with strong relationship building capabilities
·Team-player: able to work with peers of diverse background
·Fluent English & Mandarin is a plus
