Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development of regional brand/portfolio strategies, core regional campaigns and programs to maximize brand value.
2. Proactively identifying insights and ensuring alignment with business and brand needs.
3. Serve as project lead for key distributor category management initiatives across food and beverage brands.
4. Develop and implement relevant channel specific promotions and activities to secure excellence in market execution.
5. Prepares budgets and implementing tactical programs for comprehensive integrated brand communication campaigns for the brand(s) assigned, and monitors actual results against plan and budget to ensure that set targets are achieved.
6. Drive new product innovation and segment development based on internal analysis and market insight.
7. Drive product marketing initiative to achieve revenue, margins, and market share objectives.
8. Develop and implement marketing programs which drive consumer awareness and brand loyalty, and consumption.
9. Work closely with Sales to implement and adjust initiatives to changing market conditions.

Experience Required for the Role:
1. Bachelor Degree or above, prefer major in business related.
2. >5 years working experience in branding & marketing.
3. Working experience in FMCG industry, better in food service field.
4. Familiar with product management or category management.
5. Strong Project management skills.
6. Sensitive to marketing information.
7. Excellent written & oral communication skills.
8. Can undertake high travel.
