1. 维护与公司供应商之间的关系，合理分析每家供应商的价格竞争力和生产跟单能力,鼓励他们开发更多的业务。
2. 提供潜在供应商信息,重点发展有生产基地的垂直形企业。
3. 工作中及时向总经理/ 成衣部总监/高级经理汇报工作,并执行相应的工作指示
4. 确保成本团队工作流程，统一成本计算方式;组织成本核算会议。
5. 培训团队成员理解GJ成本价格水平/毛利率目标，提供买家相应采购信息
6. 报价提供尽量多供应商的价格，分析价格，控制价格，缩短报价时间
7. 将供应商报价结果报告成衣总监/成衣高级经理,并要求供应商提供报价成本分析明细;
8. 控制供应商的订单量，为了保证质量和交期，订单数不应该超过GJ总量的10%。
9. 筛选/评估供应商，客观分析其综合能力和公司类型(贸易/垂直/直接制造商)/价格范围/开发能力/生产能力/其他客户基础/生产时间;
10. 领导监控成本团队日常工作，促进团队合作精神。
11. 分配团队工作，评估团队成员的工作成绩。
12. 和团队其他成员一起审核款式资料，参加订单交接会议。
13. 发现团队中的问题并且解决问题
14. 密切联系产品开发部/面辅料部门/供应商，提高报价效率。
15. 与生产部门密切合作以减少双方的工作负载。
16. 执行上级领导安排的其他工作
