Title: Quality Control Manager

Reporting line: Managing Director China;
Branch Manager Shanghai

Gender: male or female (if female, preferably with child)

Salary : round about RMB7K-10k/month gross but flexible, depending on experience and potential.

Starting date : asap is preferred

Experience/ Background:

At least 5 years experiences in freight forwarding, 2 years as supervisor or senior position in middle sized international freight forwarding companies.
Either finance background with basic sense/knowledge of forwarding industry or operation/customer service background but with data analysis and reporting experience

Expectations : Proactive and work independently, strong analytical mind and be able to lead the process optimizing

Primary responsibility: Be responsible for the operation KPI and process diagnoses, SOP set up and implementation, vendor and agent management. Provide data analysis and reports to MD China and Branch Manager

language : fluent written and spoken in English
