Position Summary:

Setup and maintain quality system (ISO9001 and TS16949). Monitor quality system operation, lead internal system audit, layer process audit, coordinate outside customer/3^rd party system audit. Support for product environmental compliance programs.

Scope/Supervision and Interaction:

Report to Division Quality Manager. Contact with all departments in the company. Contact with the suppliers, customers, and consult the quality system evaluation of the company.

Job Responsibility:

· Create quality system building plan, establish and optimize the procedure of each process, conduct relative training during QSM building-up, lead to create documents of company, lead internal QSM audit, to get TS16949 certification. Monitor quality system operation; update quality system procedure/documents as ISO9001, TS16949 standards on time.

· Schedule and implement quality assurance system/process/products both internal audit and external audits. Issue audit reports and ensure the corrective and preventive actions are conducted effectively.

· Implement product compliance to RoHS, REACH, halogen-free, etc. obtaining/reviewing/approving

products environmental data to validate compliance with environmentally restricted substance requirements and answering customer product environmental requests, as needed.

· Organize and train related function employees to use statistics tools (SPC, FMEA, MSA, APQP/PPAP).

· Communicate with Division, sites for continuous improvement. Suggest and Review Improvement Plan, Driving continuous improvement on quality system.

· Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree with engineering background;

· More than 4 years relevant quality system experience;

· Strong knowledge of TS16949 quality system, familiar with ISO 9001, TS16949 and other related quality system;

· Knowledge of ROHS, REACH related environmental compliance;

· Good communication skill both in Chinese and English;

· Strong ability to implement and push project to success;

· 6 Sigma green belt or above is preferred;
