职位描述
Mechnical SQE ,focus on metallic parts, to investigate, analyse, and resolve nonconformtiy from Crem SH
and customer complaint . Implement correcting problems to nonconformity and follow up it to exectute
sufficiently and effectively. Participant in the each phase of new project and act as quality gate .
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
1Follow up nonconformity and CAPA report, dedicate to the troubleshooting and problem solving.
2Support sourcing team at new supplier selection and existing supplier qualification.
3Participant in new project,work with cross- function team to establish and approve the master samples
define the inspection criteria of new parts. And give training to QC team and supplier if neccessary.
4Support internal traceablity system,Lead supplier to eatablish traceability system to ensure the raw material compliance
and manufacturing process complaince.
5Plan and conduct product audit and system audit at suppplier.
6Support food saftey system
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1Bachelor degree in engineering field.Supplier quality experience 3 years or above
2Good communication skills and coordination capability
3Good problem solving skills and comptency
4Depth knowledge in the sheet metal, stainless stell,brass alloy,Zinc alloy . Experienced in machining manufacturing,
welding process , metal surface process, metal shaping,painting,die casting,aluminum extrusion
5Good English reading,writing and can communicate in English
6Farmilar with ISO9001,140001
7Honest,intergrity
OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES:
1Has experience in home appliance ,white appliance and coffee machine as prefer
2Experience in GMP and HACCP is preferred,
3Travelling is required
4Good health
