JOB SUMMARY:
Be responsible for CREM INTERNATIONAL Test & Validation Department. Build up the organization with standards, routines and procedures in order to achieve a "FIRST CLASS" Test & Validation Department

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
1Responsible for Lab, test facilities and equipment
2Responsible for building up the CREM INTERNATIONAL Test & Validation Department
3Responsible for hiring and recruite personal for the Test & Validation department, in communication with Group R&D Manager
4Responsible for writing test procedures for everything from single component test until long life tests for complete dispensers
5Responsible for building validation matrix for each prototype, and fulfilment of each test/validation requirement(s) that have been stated from a function, safety and quality point of view
6Responsible for how test reports are written (English reports are mandatory)
7Working close with R&D Engineering department during development of new products and components
8Other projects/tasks assigned by Manager.



EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1Min. Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering
2min 4 years working experience
3Several years experience as leader for Lab and/or Test & Validation Department
4Preferably skills as project manager
5Microsoft office
6Team player with high social skills.


OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Good English, oral and written
high leader skills

Good health
